In this action, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is supplementing its proposal to repeal all greenhouse gas (GHG) emission standards for fossil fuel-fired electric generating units (EGUs) to effectuate the best reading of Clean Air Act (CAA) section 111.
